Optical Cable

Optical audio cables carry a digital audio signal using light between compatible TOSLINK or optical S/PDIF ports. They are commonly used with televisions, soundbars, AV receivers, games consoles and other audio equipment.

AVHut stocks full-size TOSLINK cables and Mini-TOSLINK options in several lengths. Check the connector at both ends and measure the required run before choosing a cable.

These are digital audio interconnects, not fibre network or broadband cables, and they do not carry an HDMI video signal.
